theology

Religion. So much is spoken about this one word that u wonder whether to subject ur consciousness to the thoughts presented. Ok, so how many of them do you know?..Mohammedan, christian, Jew, Hindu, Jain, Buddhist and there may be more. You know what my answer would be to that question? how many religions do u know?
Ans.6,706,993,152(as estimated on July 08)
....confused??.....well lemme explain
...For starters, that(6,706,993,152) is the world population.
God is in Man. Inside him. Yes, inside everyone of us. If u agree to that then lemme tell you religion is nothing more than way to reach God (alternatively the ultimate self). Every one out of the 6,706,993,152 of us is a unique make. If the destinations are different how can ways be the same??
So there is got to be that many ways to your own ultimate self. There are got to be that many religions. Next time you visit a temple just because ur religion demands ..think again. U must be insane if u think God demands any protocols. God is realized by getting nearer to yourself ..by enjoying life. U enjoy growing flowers in your garden, do that. Go, kiss your love. Eat ice cream, give it to others. Play football ,dance to music...if they ask you...tell them to get the hell out of your way.......your way to ur ultimate happy self.....your way to GOD.

Approaching problems: a thought wave

One has to agree that problems in the human mind have a peculiar characteristic of getting attracted towards each other. In a way they defeat you by seeming to be bigger than they are individually. You need to see them as different tasks/consequences.
Lemme illustrate...U ask urself y your day was bad... venever u have a bad day. And there is every chance dat u wud say...you missed your bus......Ur boss shouted on you. The food was awfully salty, or even ...a pussycat crossed ur way.
Now what has you getting late for the bus(problem:1) anything to do with you getting an awfully salty food(problem:2). Your inability to seperate problems, your incapability to see them in isolation could be precisely the reason u had a bad day!
Considering problems in isolation will help you in concentrating ur mental energy on one particular problem and eliminate it.

Conscience : a short story

Arun was in need of money. He had a brother admitted in the hospital.
As everyday, he boarded the 8:30 fast local to CST. In appearance he was a very humble bodied man in loose shirts, which characteristically did not match his trousers. A first class misfit he was, used to travel in the first class just because he availed the company first class pass facility and that travelling in second class would only make his appearance look worse.
Ravi, his co-traveller, unlike arun, was a well to do (a normal first class traveller) person. Today arun had decided he would speak to his boss or colleagues (or worse both) about his dire need of some loan. In retrospect he thought , had he accepted bribe, had he walked the normal (otherwise immoral) path, he would be doing well enough to not see such a day when in dire need of money he has no idea where it is going to come from. Would it be enough? Would it suffice?
All of a sudden there was a cry. Some guy was pick pocketed in the main alley of the train. It was of course an easy proposition for an experienced hand at pick pocketing. Crowded train, a fully stuffed leather wallet, begging to be freed from the tight grip of jeans: chickens don’t come thicker.
It takes only one person’s judgement, the first accusation, and the accused is given no chance of an explanation or a trial. After all they wont get a better person to dump the anger of the bad morning tea or some pungent remarks of their better halves than that accused. For a person who looks like arun it is very easy to be that accused. What tells you? His appearance. And there they were, pouring their fists at his bespectacled brown face. And he took it all without a word. He would have bled badly had it not been Ravi arriving on time and getting him away from the angry crowb ( dats crowd and mob).
“ why did you not tell them it was not you? I know it wasn’t you who did it? Why did u keep quiet?” To this arun replied “I happened to think had I been the pickpocketer, my problems would have been solved so easily. All the money I need was there...........................

I had borne all the fists for having let that thought come to my mind."

Poem---the power of small

In the nature’s womb, deep in a valley,
There was a waterfall.
At the bottom there lay a Rock,
bigger, stronger, mightier than all.

The rock used to laugh on the splashing drops
::”thinking what they dash against me?”
But the drops won’t mind the pain, and they;
shall fall, as they should be.

It lay there but lonely, for
very rough was it to trudge on.
Sad, but still proud, laid there the rock
as time passed and passed for long.

Until a young kid passed by,
Searching for a place to sit,
Chose that rock of all,
As a place where he would keep his feet.

In long sought a company merry
Of the young boy’s feet, and music from his flute.
Revelled the stone:
“what suddenly made me so likable from so brute?”

And smoothening the roughness were there
The drops that glided by.
Nothing could have brought this change
But for their persistent try.

Most beautiful changes can be brought
Not always from the mighty,
As from the meek.
A little girl, though small and powerless
Can still change you by a
Kiss on your cheek.
